Group 2:
Outstanding job and the guild members who attended will receive 100 bonus EP.
However, it not being an entirely guild raid i will need to consult the officers as to wether your kills should be counted as guild downs or not (resolved, yes they were).

Group 1:
Something was not working there last night. I have identified a few people who need ALOT of improvement. I will not call any of you out publicly however you know who you are and please run some heroics, do some BG's get your stats up. we should be on prince by now instead we are wiping on the second boss.
Healers Get your + healing to a minimum of 1300 by the next time you raid. Period. no exceptions. There are a few more aspects that could be fixed/changed to have made the raid a little more successful and i will talk to members of the raid to identify those tomorrow (Saturday) And if you have any ideas or suggestions please post them here.

Saturday

Group 1: Excellent work, this is more of how kara should have gone last night. Work on getting your stats past minimum to allow us to progress to the dragon bosses and down prince.

Group 2: Formed but impeded by allies and general failure.

Sunday

Group 1: Shade, Prince down. Great Work! It was a bit slow on shade, but it was a learning experience. Kara was new to a lot of people so it is understandable. Work on your stats by running heroics and regular 5 mans, badge gear makes great additions to your gear. We need to reduce the downtime in our raids to decrease the amount of time we have to spend in kara. The faster we can go through Kara, the faster we get to 25 mans.

Lol some people didn't meet the minimum reqs, and it kinda turned into Epic Fail. It'll go better next time though. GEAR UP! I barely fit the minimum myself currently...

hey az. you might want to change your sig to show HP and mana instead of stam and intellect.
and shadow/fire spell crit instead of just spell crit. and your shadow damage instead of the average of all them combined.

okay i was at the Saturday group 2 run.

apparently, we got people from outside the guild. we had some ally problems and two people couldnt get in because they didnt have the key.

and then as we're going to open the door, our second tank left which then caused our healers and dps to leave also!

hopefully it will go better next time
