Guild and Site Calendar

I think we should start incorporating the guild and site calendar to be manditory so there is no confusion with raid spots/first come first serve type-a-deal.

I fully agree with you group calendar is Zekkes responsibility so i will call and talk to him about this in the morning.

yeah i was just thinking about it casue somethings gonna happen to someone or someone looses a raid spot or w/e and since we could have 2-3 kara groups going things can get confusing

Indeed.
I will sit down this weekend and have all the upcoming raids and events placed on the calender so we can plan them out weeks in advance.

Btw i made a DKP site if you guys plan on using it.. it will record your loot, dkp, all that good stuff.

i am running a poll to get a general idea of what kind of looting system people are looking for, but i will be having an officer meeting sometime soon to finalize and untill then i am exploring a few options

Zekke is in charge of setting up the group calendar events so i will make it his job to put the events on the guild calendar as well

A raid calendar my old guild used is Raid NINJA, its an online application that allows guild leaders to post what raids are upcoming and allow people to sign up there class and it puts all nicely in a table and stuff for ALL to see.
